Goblin Life Coach

You already know how to play a goblin.

If you play Dungeons & Dragons, you already know how to slip into a character and let a hidden part of you run the scene. Goblin Life Coaching uses that same instinct — pointed at the real you, no character sheet. It's a $250, one-to-one online session. Not therapy. Not D&D. Not affiliated with Wizards of the Coast.

From Goblin Life Coach. Plain language, real sources, no fabricated facts.

Is this D&D therapy?

No. There are real clinicians who do therapeutic role-playing — running games as the work itself: pioneers like the (now-closed) Game to Grow, and trainers like Geek Therapy and Geek Therapeutics. This isn't that, and I'm not a licensed therapist.

If you want genuine therapeutic D&D, those people are the real deal — go find them. This borrows the language of goblins, not the gameplay. It's Goblin Life Coaching: no game, no diagnosis.

Do I have to play D&D to do this?

No. There's no game, no campaign, no dice, no character sheet. Dungeons & Dragons is just the fastest way to name the one skill this runs on.

If you've never rolled a d20 in your life, you're still welcome. Goblins don't check your alignment at the door.

What does playing a goblin have to do with real life?

More than you'd think. You're probably good at running a goblin — committing to the bit, letting it be loud, letting it want things out loud. Most of us are much worse at running ourselves.

We start there. How it works from the inside is the part you come and find out.

What actually happens in a session?

We meet online for about an hour. You bring whatever you've got that day. We go slowly, we pay attention to the body, and we make room for all of you. $250, one session at a time.

No packages, no subscriptions, no campaign arc. Informed by Internal Family Systems℠ and somatic, body-based practices — translated into plain goblin.

What is Goblin Life Coaching — and what isn't it?

Goblin Life Coaching is one honest thing: a $250, one-to-one online session for goblins who want more from life. Its own thing — not therapy, not D&D, not generic life coaching.

Informed by IFS and somatic work; not affiliated with or certified by the IFS Institute, Somatic Experiencing International, or Wizards of the Coast. If you're a goblin, come play.

Who's this for?

The player who's great at running a character and worse at running themselves. The burnt-out. The one who wants rest without the shame. The feral little guy you only let out at the table.

If that's ringing a bell, you might be a goblin — and you're welcome here.
